Returns, Refund, Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! Returns, refunds and/or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be pre-approved and receive an RMA # before shipping back to Coopers Bay Outdoors. Please contact customer service at contact@coopersbayoutdoors.com with the reason for the return, refund or exchange. Returns must have no visible signs of wear, use or damage. Once received, please allow 3-5 days for processing.
Damages
We go to great lengths and do our best to package your products to arrive safely and in one piece to your door. But we cannot guarantee what happens throughout the delivery process. Coopers Bay Outdoors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping however we will do our best to assist with resolving any issues. Please open your shipment as soon as it arrives and if your item is damaged or lost, please contact customer service at contact@coopersbayoutdoors.com at your earliest convenience so that we can begin the claim process with the carrier.
